• Cod from sustainable stocks and MSC certified.
• Gluten Free as we believe the taste is better and no feeling bloated or lethargic afterwards as well as being fully inclusive to all customers.
• Rapeseed Oil low in Saturated Fat 6.6g/100g Palm Oil 45g/100g, it's higher in mono-saturated and poly-unsaturated fats "good fats", it has omega 3 which is good for Body and Brain and Vitamin E which strengthens the bodies immune system, Palm oil has none of these.

We recycle where possible our used oil is used in Bio fuels, food waste in Anaerobic Digestion for green fuel, and metal,plastic and cardboard are all recycled too. We operate using Green Energy supplies only.

We are currently offering contactless collections. Also to ensure you can enjoy our food please pre order your food before 4pm via Facebook message to avoid unnecessary wait times. Orders can also be placed from outside the shop too we would ask customers to remain in their cars or maintain their social distancing at all times.
